Diagnoses, recommendations, prescriptions and other clinical decisions are the responsibility of the professional providing the veterinary service, subject to applicable professional rules.

3. Registration and authentication

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information and use an email address to which they have access.

Codes sent by email are intended exclusively for authentication and must not be shared with third parties.

4. Information about animals

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided regarding animals registered and used in appointments.

5. Appointments

Availability shown on the platform depends on schedules and services configured by the responsible professional or organization.

Depending on the conditions configured for a service, an appointment request may require confirmation or additional steps before the service takes place.

6. Payments

Where applicable, pricing, payment and confirmation conditions are presented within the context of the corresponding service or appointment.

7. Acceptable use

OnMedVet may not be used for illegal, fraudulent or abusive activities, attempts to access third-party data without authorization, actions that compromise platform security or improper interference with platform availability.

8. Platform availability

We use reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and secure, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical failures or events outside our control.
